Arcula 的使用规则、Pro 购买与订阅、备份责任，以及隐私保护功能的适用范围。

本协议适用于你使用 Michael Silvester（下称“开发者”）提供的 Arcula。请在使用前阅读；如不同意，请停止使用。未成年人应在监护人指导和同意下使用及购买。
1. 服务与许可
Arcula 提供照片、视频、实况照片与 GIF 的本地加密存储、浏览、整理及导入导出，部分功能需要 Arcula Pro。可用功能以当前版本、设备能力和购买页面为准。
通过 App Store 获取的 App，其软件许可适用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议，除非另有有效的自定义许可。本页补充说明 Arcula 的服务使用与购买规则，不限制适用法律赋予你的权利。
2. 内容与使用责任
你保留自己内容的权利，并负责确保有权导入、拍摄、保存和分享相关内容。不得利用 App 从事违法活动、侵犯他人隐私或知识产权，或绕过他人的访问控制。
使用“私密相机”和“入侵拍照”时，请遵守适用的拍摄、告知和同意要求。伪装密码与图标变更是隐私辅助功能，不保证能在所有情况下隐藏 App 或内容，也不免除你的法律责任。
除你的内容及适用独立许可的第三方组件外，App 的代码、设计、名称和相关材料归开发者或相应权利人所有。
3. Arcula Pro、订阅与购买
Arcula Pro 提供月度、年度自动续订订阅及终身一次性购买。价格、币种、试用资格和包含功能以 Apple 购买确认界面及 App 购买页面为准。终身购买解锁所购买的 Pro 权益，不自动续费，不代表对操作系统兼容性或服务永久存在的保证。
付款由 Apple 账户处理。自动续订订阅及适用的免费试用会按购买时显示的规则续订，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消；续订费用会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内扣取。试用结束后按显示价格续订。
你可以在系统“设置”> Apple 账户 >“订阅”中管理或取消订阅，具体步骤参见 Apple 订阅取消说明。卸载 App 不等于取消订阅。恢复购买需使用原购买 Apple 账户，且不会再次收费；恢复购买仅恢复有效权益，不会恢复相册内容。
退款由 Apple 根据适用规则处理，你可通过 Apple 的购买支持渠道提出申请。本协议不排除法定退款或其他消费者权利。
4. 密码、备份与内容丢失
Arcula 的媒体库和密钥不参与 iCloud 同步或设备备份。卸载 App、设备损坏或遗失、密钥不可用及永久删除都可能导致内容无法恢复。开发者没有你的云端媒体副本，无法远程找回密码、密钥或已删除内容。
请在换机或卸载前导出所需媒体或创建并核实有效备份。“加密备份”允许空密码，留空时任何持有备份文件的人均可恢复；设置密码后请妥善保管。备份不包含尚未解锁的加密文件夹及其内容，也不包含“最近删除”中的内容，请查看提示确认备份范围。
导入后删除系统相册原件需由你确认。Arcula 的“最近删除”与系统相册的“最近删除”相互独立；关闭 Arcula 的“最近删除”后，删除操作直接永久移除内容。
5. 传输与安全范围
浏览器传输使用本地 HTTP，不提供传输加密，请仅在可信网络中使用并保护页面上的认证信息。导出的普通媒体文件不受 Arcula 保险箱加密保护。保存或分享至第三方服务后，其条款和隐私政策适用。
加密、密码、系统生物识别、后台遮挡和入侵记录用于降低风险，不保证绝对安全、每次入侵均能被记录或每次拍照均能成功。你应保护设备及密码，并审慎使用相关功能。
6. 隐私与第三方服务
信息处理方式见 隐私政策。Apple 提供购买、系统照片和身份验证等服务；你选择的文件提供者或接收设备负责其处理的内容。除 Apple 适用条款另有规定外，Arcula 的功能维护与支持由开发者负责。
7. 更新、终止与责任
开发者可能为修复问题、适配系统或满足法律要求更新功能。涉及已购买权益的重大变化，将按适用法律及平台规则处理，并通过适当方式通知。
你可随时停止使用；停止使用后仍需单独管理订阅。重大违反本协议时，使用许可可在法律允许范围内终止。
我们会采取合理措施维护 App，但不能保证无中断、无错误或兼容所有文件及设备。在法律允许范围内，因不当使用、第三方服务、设备故障、密码遗失或未妥善备份造成的损失，由各方按实际责任承担。本协议不免除开发者因故意、重大过失或其他依法不得免责的行为产生的责任，也不限制强制性消费者保护。
发生争议时，可先联系开发者协商；协商不成，可依适用法律向有管辖权的机构寻求救济。条款更新会修改本页日期，重大变化会适当通知，并在法律要求时取得同意。

These terms apply to your use of Arcula, provided by Michael Silvester (“the Developer”). Read them before use; stop using the app if you do not agree. Minors should use and purchase with a guardian’s guidance and consent.
1. Service and license
Arcula provides local encrypted storage, browsing, organization, import, and export of photos, videos, Live Photos, and GIFs. Some features require Arcula Pro. Availability depends on the current version, device capabilities, and purchase screen.
For apps obtained through the App Store, the software license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless a valid custom license applies. This page supplements the service and purchase rules for Arcula without limiting your statutory rights.
2. Content and responsible use
You retain rights to your content and must ensure you are authorized to import, capture, store, and share it. Do not use the app for unlawful activities, to infringe privacy or intellectual property, or to bypass another person’s access controls.
When using Private Camera and Intruder Photos, comply with applicable capture, notice, and consent requirements. Decoy Passcode and icon changes are privacy aids; they do not guarantee that the app or content is always hidden or remove your legal responsibilities.
Except for your content and third-party components under separate licenses, the app’s code, design, name, and related materials belong to the Developer or their respective owners.
3. Arcula Pro, subscriptions, and purchases
Arcula Pro offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices, currency, trial eligibility, and included features are shown on Apple’s confirmation screen and the app’s purchase page. Lifetime purchase unlocks the purchased Pro entitlement without automatic renewal; it does not guarantee perpetual operating-system compatibility or service availability.
Apple handles payment through your Apple Account. Subscriptions and eligible free trials renew under the terms displayed at purchase unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Trials renew at the displayed price when they finish.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in system Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions; see Apple’s cancellation instructions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases requires the original purchasing Apple Account and does not charge you again. It restores valid entitlements, not your library contents.
Apple processes refunds under applicable rules; requests can be made through Apple’s purchase support channels. These terms do not exclude statutory refund or other consumer rights.
4. Passwords, backups, and loss of content
Arcula’s library and keys are excluded from iCloud sync and device backups. Deleting the app, device loss or failure, unavailable keys, or permanent deletion may make content unrecoverable. The Developer has no cloud copy of your media and cannot remotely recover passwords, keys, or deleted content.
Before switching devices or deleting the app, export the media you need or create and verify a valid backup. Encrypted Backup permits an empty password, in which case anyone holding the backup can restore it. If you set a password, keep it safe. Backups exclude locked encrypted folders and their contents, and items in Recently Deleted. Check notices to confirm what is included.
Deleting originals from Photos after import requires your confirmation. Arcula’s Recently Deleted and the system Photos equivalent are independent. Disabling Arcula’s Recently Deleted causes deletion to remove content permanently right away.
5. Transfers and security limitations
Browser transfers use local HTTP without transport encryption. Use a trusted network and protect the displayed credentials. Exported ordinary media files are outside Arcula’s vault encryption. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply when you save or share to their services.
Encryption, passwords, system biometrics, background shielding, and Intruder Log reduce risks but cannot guarantee absolute security, that every intrusion is recorded, or that every photo succeeds. Protect your device and passwords and use these features carefully.
6. Privacy and third-party services
See the Privacy Policy for information practices. Apple provides purchases, system Photos, and authentication services. File providers and recipient devices you choose are responsible for content they process. Unless Apple’s applicable terms state otherwise, the Developer is responsible for Arcula’s feature maintenance and support.
7. Updates, termination, and responsibility
The Developer may update features to fix issues, support system changes, or meet legal requirements. Material changes affecting purchased entitlements will be handled under applicable law and platform rules, with appropriate notice.
You may stop using the app at any time but must manage subscriptions separately. Material violations of these terms may terminate the license where legally permitted.
We take reasonable measures to maintain the app but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every file and device. Where permitted by law, losses caused by misuse, third-party services, device failure, lost passwords, or inadequate backups are allocated according to each party’s actual responsibility. These terms do not exclude liability for the Developer’s intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or other conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or limit mandatory consumer protections.
For disputes, contact the Developer first to seek a resolution. If unresolved, you may seek remedies before competent authorities under applicable law. Updates will change this page’s date; material changes will be communicated appropriately, with consent where legally required.
