SudoPalace Terms of Use
SudoPalace 的游戏规则、Pro 会员、金币与钻石购买，以及本地数据的使用责任。

本协议适用于你使用 Michael Silvester（下称“开发者”）提供的 SudoPalace。请在使用前阅读；如不同意，请停止使用。未成年人应在监护人指导和同意下使用及购买。
1. 服务与许可
SudoPalace 提供经典九宫格数独、五大难度的 500 个关卡、每日挑战、技巧教程和游戏统计，适用于 iPhone 和 iPad。可用功能以当前版本、设备能力及购买页面为准。
通过 App Store 获取的 App，其软件许可适用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议，除非另有有效的自定义许可。本页补充说明 SudoPalace 的游戏与购买规则，不限制适用法律赋予你的权利。
2. 游戏与使用规则
每个难度前 10 关免费。同一难度的关卡按顺序开启；从第 11 关起，需使用钻石逐关解锁或拥有有效的 SudoPalace Pro 权益。Pro 免除关卡解锁费用，仍需按顺序挑战。
提示、填格、复活和填充答案等功能按界面说明消耗金币或钻石，Pro 会员同样适用。星级、奖励及每日挑战规则以游戏内显示为准；跳关不等于正常通关，不获得该次跳关的星级或通关奖励。
不得通过篡改存档、伪造交易或其他未经授权的方式获取购买权益或货币，也不得利用 App 从事违法活动或侵犯他人权利。App 的代码、题库、设计、名称和相关材料归开发者或相应权利人所有，适用独立许可的第三方组件除外。
3. SudoPalace Pro
Pro 提供周度、月度和年度自动续订订阅，以及终身一次性购买。有效会员无需使用钻石解锁关卡，并可领取会员每日礼包；提示等道具的费用另按游戏规则计算。
会员每日礼包包含金币与钻石，具体数量以 App 内显示为准。每个自然日需在首页手动领取一次，未领取的礼包不累计。领取时需通过 Apple 服务确认会员有效；仅有离线缓存状态时不能领取。
价格、币种、试用资格和权益以 App 购买页面及 Apple 购买确认界面为准。终身购买不自动续费，解锁所购买的 Pro 权益，不代表对所有未来新增产品、系统兼容性或服务永久存在的保证。
4. 订阅管理与退款
付款由 Apple 账户处理。自动续订订阅按购买确认界面显示的周期和价格续订，除非你取消。试用是否可用及试用结束后的收费以 Apple 确认界面为准；不希望试用后续订时，请在试用结束前至少 24 小时取消。
你可以在系统“设置”> Apple 账户 >“订阅”中管理或取消订阅，参见 Apple 订阅取消说明。卸载 App 不等于取消订阅。
退款由 Apple 根据适用规则处理，可通过 Apple 退款支持 了解申请方法。本协议不排除法定退款或其他消费者权利。
5. 金币、钻石与恢复购买
金币与钻石可通过游戏奖励、会员每日礼包或可选的消耗型内购获得，仅供 App 内使用，不提供现金兑换或玩家之间的交易功能。购买时请核对数量和价格；使用前请查看对应功能的消耗说明。
金币与钻石余额及使用钻石解锁的关卡记录保存在本机，不在设备之间同步。已完成交易发放的消耗品无法通过“恢复购买”重新发放，具体见 Apple 恢复购买说明。购买未到账时，请保留 App 并联系支持。
恢复购买需使用原购买 Apple 账户，可恢复有效订阅或终身会员权益，不会再次收费，但不会恢复本地游戏进度、货币余额、奖励领取记录或钻石解锁记录。
6. 本地数据与离线使用
游戏存档、统计、货币余额、教程进度和设置保存在设备本地。当前 App 不提供云同步或存档导入导出；开发者没有你的云端存档，无法远程恢复已删除的数据。
删除 App、设备损坏或遗失、存储异常等情况可能导致本地数据丢失。请不要把卸载重装作为存档或货币问题的首选处理方式。 Apple 系统备份与迁移受设备设置及实际恢复结果影响，不属于 App 保证的恢复服务。
数独解题可离线进行；购买、恢复购买、商品加载及确认会员每日礼包领取资格需要使用 Apple 服务。离线缓存的会员状态不替代有效购买权益。
7. 隐私与第三方服务
信息处理方式见 隐私政策。Apple 提供 App 分发、购买和订阅服务，并适用其自身条款与政策。除 Apple 适用条款另有规定外，游戏功能的维护与支持由开发者负责。
8. 更新、终止与责任
开发者可能为修复问题、适配系统或满足法律要求更新游戏。涉及已购买权益或信息处理方式的重大变化，将按适用法律和平台规则处理，并通过适当方式通知。
你可随时停止使用；停止使用后仍需单独管理订阅。违反本协议可能导致相关许可或服务依法终止。
在适用法律允许的范围内，App 按实际可用状态提供，不保证无错误、不中断或适用于所有设备。责任限制不适用于法律禁止排除的责任，不影响你的法定消费者权利。
如有争议，请先联系支持沟通；协商无法解决时，依适用法律及具有管辖权的机构处理。

These terms apply to your use of SudoPalace, provided by Michael Silvester (“the Developer”). Read them before use. If you do not agree, stop using the app. Minors should use the app and make purchases with a guardian’s guidance and consent.
1. Services and license
SudoPalace offers classic 9×9 Sudoku, 500 levels across five difficulties, Daily Challenge, Technique Tutorials, and game statistics for iPhone and iPad. Available features depend on the current version, device capabilities, and purchase page.
Apps obtained through the App Store are licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless a valid custom license applies. This page supplements the game and purchase rules without limiting rights granted by applicable law.
2. Game and usage rules
The first 10 levels in each difficulty are free. Levels within a difficulty open in order. From level 11 onward, you need to unlock each level with diamonds or hold an active SudoPalace Pro entitlement. Pro removes the diamond unlock cost; sequential progression still applies.
Hint, Fill Cell, revival, and filling answers consume coins or diamonds as shown in the app, including for Pro members. Stars, rewards, and Daily Challenge rules follow the game’s displayed conditions. Skipping is not a normal clear and awards no stars or completion rewards for that skip.
Do not tamper with saved data, falsify transactions, obtain entitlements or currency without authorization, use the app unlawfully, or infringe others’ rights. The code, puzzle bank, design, name, and related materials belong to the Developer or their respective owners, except components covered by independent licenses.
3. SudoPalace Pro
Pro offers weekly, monthly, and annual auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime one-time purchase. Active members do not spend diamonds to unlock levels and can claim a daily member gift. Tools such as Hint retain their separate game costs.
The daily member gift includes coins and diamonds; quantities are shown in the app. Claim it manually from the home screen once per calendar day. Unclaimed gifts do not accumulate. Eligibility requires verification of active membership through Apple’s services; an offline cached status alone cannot claim the gift.
Prices, currencies, trial eligibility, and included entitlements are shown on the app’s purchase page and Apple’s confirmation screen. Lifetime access does not renew automatically and grants the purchased Pro entitlements. It does not guarantee all future additional products, operating system compatibility, or perpetual service availability.
4. Subscription management and refunds
Your Apple Account handles payment. Subscriptions renew at the interval and price shown at purchase unless canceled. Trial availability and subsequent charges follow Apple’s confirmation screen. If you do not want a trial to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in system Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. See Apple’s cancellation instructions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Apple handles refunds under its applicable rules. See Apple’s refund support. These terms do not exclude statutory refund or other consumer rights.
5. Coins, diamonds, and purchase restoration
Coins and diamonds come from game rewards, member daily gifts, or optional consumable purchases. They are for use within the app. The app provides no cash redemption or trading between players. Check quantities and prices before buying and the displayed cost before using a tool.
Balances and records of levels unlocked with diamonds remain on your device and do not synchronize across devices. Consumables delivered by completed transactions cannot be reissued through Restore Purchases. See Apple’s purchase restoration guidance. If a purchase is missing, keep the app installed and contact support.
Use the original purchasing Apple Account to restore an active subscription or lifetime entitlement without another charge. Restoration does not recover local progress, currency balances, reward claim records, or diamond unlock records.
6. Local data and offline use
Saved games, statistics, balances, tutorial progress, and settings are stored locally. The app currently offers no cloud sync or saved-game import or export. The Developer has no cloud copy and cannot remotely recover deleted data.
Deleting the app, device damage or loss, or storage problems may cause local data loss. Do not make reinstalling the app your first response to saved-game or currency problems. Apple’s backup and migration depend on device settings and actual restoration results; they are not a recovery service guaranteed by this app.
You can solve puzzles offline. Purchasing, restoring purchases, loading products, and verifying daily member gift eligibility use Apple’s services. Cached offline membership status does not replace a valid purchase entitlement.
7. Privacy and third-party services
See the Privacy Policy for information practices. Apple provides distribution, purchase, and subscription services under its own terms and policies. Except where Apple’s applicable terms provide otherwise, the Developer maintains and supports the game’s features.
8. Updates, termination, and liability
The Developer may update the game to fix issues, support operating systems, or meet legal requirements. Material changes affecting purchased entitlements or information practices will follow applicable law and platform rules and be communicated appropriately.
You may stop using the app at any time, but must manage subscriptions separately. Violations may result in lawful termination of relevant licenses or services.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without a guarantee that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device. Limitations do not apply to liabilities that cannot legally be excluded and do not affect statutory consumer rights.
Contact support first to discuss a dispute. Unresolved disputes are handled under applicable law by an institution with jurisdiction.
