Starting and progressing

How do I play and does it work offline

Move with the left joystick. Weapons attack automatically; use the right button for your character's active skill. Defeat enemies, collect experience, and choose upgrades to combine weapons, passives, and evolutions in a run of about 20 minutes ending with a final boss. Combat works offline. Product loading, purchases, restoration, and membership updates use Apple services and may need internet access.

What is free and why is a map locked

Two characters, six base weapons, and a full playable run are free. All six maps are also free, progressing through Graveyard Garden → Bloodmoon Thicket → Drowned Cathedral → Emberforge Citadel → Frostbite Pass → Court of Endless Night.

The first map opens immediately. Starting a new run on a later map requires victory on any difficulty in every preceding map. The game identifies the earliest missing prerequisite. Higher difficulties unlock through each map's progression. Memberships and packs do not skip these requirements.

How do weapons evolve

Check evolution recipes in the Codex. Reach weapon level 8, obtain its matching passive at level 3, and survive at least 10 minutes. An eligible evolution can then appear among upgrade choices. Buying a weapon pack grants content access; it does not immediately equip an evolved weapon in a run.

Pets, skins, and supplies

What do pets do

The Pets Pack includes three launch pets for automatic pickup, healing, or attack support. Bring at most one per run. Active monthly or annual membership and lifetime membership also include pet access. Select a pet in run preparation before starting.

Why does the Wardrobe Pack not unlock a character

The Wardrobe Pack permanently unlocks twelve launch skins without stat bonuses. You still need access to each skin's character through the Hunters Pack or active membership.

How do I buy and equip supplies, and do members spend Soul Embers

Buy supplies in run preparation for 1,000 Soul Embers each. Buying increases inventory. Selected supplies are consumed under the displayed rules when a run successfully starts. Membership does not remove the Soul Ember cost. Soul Embers come from gameplay; the current game does not sell Soul Embers or supplies through consumable in-app purchases.

Pausing and saving

How do I save and continue a run

Open the pause screen during combat to continue or choose SAVE & RETURN. The home screen shows CONTINUE when an unfinished save exists. Moving the app to the background also pauses and saves the run. Resume manually after returning.

Confirm that saving succeeds before leaving. If you see a save error, keep the app installed and contact support.

Can I recover progress after deleting the app or changing devices

Progress, Soul Embers, supplies, and settings stay on your device. The game currently has no developer cloud saves, cross-device progress sync, or save import and export. Restore Purchases restores eligible paid-content access, not deleted progress. Apple manages system backups and migration according to your settings; recovery is not guaranteed.

Purchases and membership

How do packs, subscriptions, and lifetime membership differ

The Hunters, Armory, Wardrobe, and Pets packs are one-time permanent purchases covering the fixed content on their purchase pages. Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically and provide all released paid content, including additions released during the active period. Lifetime membership is a one-time purchase providing ongoing access to this app's current and future released paid content and features.

Membership expiration does not remove independently purchased packs or delete saved upgrades and progress. Maps and difficulties still require normal victories.

What if I paid but content is unavailable

1. Connect to the internet and use the Apple Account used for purchase. 2. Open Store from the home screen, then select Restore purchases. If prices do not load, try Reload products. 3. Check Apple's purchase history to confirm completion. Pending approval, canceled, or unfinished transactions do not grant a completed purchase. 4. If the issue remains, contact support with the product name, purchase time, and necessary order information. Hide unrelated personal information.

Restoring does not charge you again or recover local game saves.

How do I cancel, and does lifetime membership cancel a subscription

Choose Manage subscriptions in the game store or go to Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Turning off renewal generally retains access until the paid period ends. Lifetime membership does not automatically cancel an existing monthly or annual subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel one either. Review your previous subscriptions. Settings and feedback

Settings lets you change language, music and sound levels, haptics, damage numbers, reduced effects, 30 / 60 FPS, joystick size, and opacity. The game provides 32 interface languages; these support articles are available in Chinese and English. If performance is slow, try Reduce effects or 30 FPS.

When reporting a problem, include the app version, device model, system version, selected language, map and difficulty, steps, and error messages. Attach a screenshot when useful. For purchase issues, include the product name and purchase time. Do not send Apple Account passwords, complete payment information, or unrelated personal details.
